My happy place! So awesome to work out in the heat, especially during our cold winters. I started coming here for the spa services after work, way better and healthier than hitting happy hour! And they all know my name, makes me smile :)

Super clean facility with top of the line equipment and the staff is top notch and super friendly. Also, the entire staff is welcoming and very informative showing you how to use their wide variety of equipment and services. I have tanned for years and their lay down tanning bed is by far the best bed I have used...you get super quick and intense results. This place is Grand Forks best kept fitness secret and way different and superior to traditional big box gyms. You need to take a tour and check this place out if you haven't.

Great place to workout! Very clean, newer machines and equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff...I could not say enough good things about Hudson Wellness! Highly recommend trying a class either heated or non-heated.. lots of choices that are great for ALL levels!
