I visited the store on Labor Day. Tim assisted me with renewal of my hunting license. Due to a \glitch\ in the DEC's system regarding land owners automatic Doe permit, the Doe permit did not print. In prior years when this has happened at a franchise store, they placed the onus onto me to write to the DEC. In this particular case at Joe's, Tim was able to place pressure on the DEC to correct the glitch and now I will receive the Doe permit in the mail. That would not have happened at the franchise store. Joe's is a more personal and professional experience. Thank you again Tim!

We met accidentally, on our way to a tree job and we lost breaks and pulled over in his drive, he allowed us to leave the truck and machine on his property with no problems. he's a very nice guy knows what he is talking about and even explained to our boss that has some disabilities understand he could not move that truck! We appreciate all your hospitality and help!
