I accepted an assignment in Phoenix and it was perfect! Don S. is my recruiter. He is attentive and ensures everything is going well. He made me feel like family! :) I've enjoyed this assignment so much. I recommend Pinnacle Staffing to RN's that want to travel for behavioral health and corrections. Don and the crew at Pinnacle will treat you with kindness and respect. They exemplify integrity. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for.

As a new travel nurse, this is a great company to work for. The onboarding process was very manageable, and my recruiter Erik E was awesome. Very helpful, attentive, and easy to reach. All around good staff and assignment. Would definitely recommend to others.
This is the first travel nursing assignment I've ever taken and it was very positive. Nichole is my recruiter and has been extremely responsive and informative every step of the way for me to have a successful experience. I had a personal emergency to overcome, Nichole (recruiter) and Marty (Pinnacle's owner) both made sure to give me the support needed to complete and then extend my assignment. Bonuses were paid as agreed and on time. Now looking at a second assignment with them. I would recommend travel nurses seriously consider this company, just wish they were in Florida!.
STAY AWAY! Fishy financials. Started off good but never got sign on bonus (paid after 144 hours) , mileage reimbursement (pd after successful completion), or per diem for the last 2 shifts of my #1st contract. Company REFUSED to HONOR CONTRACT financials on last paycheck. My recruiter did not help at all so I was left to the wanna be New York mob sharks to try to show me how insignificant I am. I was told I was not being paid my final earnings on assignment #1 because I was unable to begin assignment #2 as planned due to physical and personal matters
Hands down best company I have ever worked for as a Registered Nurse. I work in DOCCS for them and the level of commitment to ensure I have the best experience possible is astonishing. My recruiter Tommy M feels more like a friend than just my recruiter. With frequent check ins to see if there was anything he could do to make my already great experience even better. Between Marty and Tommy I knew I made the right choice picking this agency. You will not be disappointed or forgotten about when it comes to this company.
