The absolutely friendliest workers and I so appreciate them keeping us safe by keeping their dining are closed for now. Easily the best tenders in town and the ghost pepper wings are so phenomenal! Everything is always so fresh!

I’ve been here numerous times giving it many chances to be good and they fail to hit the mark every time. Today is going to be my last time going here. Service is awful and the staff is not friendly at all. They mess up my order every time I go here and since I can’t go in they can’t fix it unless I wait another 10 minutes in the drive through. I just get a messed up order. This is fast food not dine in. Today I ordered something simple butterfly shrimp and fries. After waiting 20 minutes for my food I receive popcorn shrimp and onion rings. It not even close and for waiting 20 minutes you’d think it would be right. I receive no bag, napkins or even cocktail sauce for my shrimp. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in the town of Grand Island! If you want Popeyes think again and go somewhere else it not worth it.
Had to wait a bit for fresh hot chicken for my 16 pc but it was worth it! Plenty of chicken for the 5 people we were feeding, not so much for the potatoes. They were good, just smallish portion. I'd get 2 potatoes and 1 coleslaw for sides next time.
What can I say, they seem to do it right as far as I'm concerned. A fav place to go for sure! The management has to rock!
Sometimes it is worth the long wait if they are making the chicken sandwich (spicy or not) hot and good for the road. I'm a huge spicy person so this doesn't phase me much in general on the menu. Personally love the jambalaya because its super comfort food. Fries had been lacking temp lately but I'm not complaining it was extremely cold. Staff is working their hardest to feed us hungry people. Thank you, ya'l!
