Unbelievable they are not open. This business should be open. I guess I don’t understand why they are not open. Everyone is dealing with the same pandemic what makes them special. I do not feel comfortable sending original documents in the mail. Everywhere else is open and makes no since they are not open. Talked to a women here and incredibly rude. I was told to send my documents here. They told me sorry wrong place to send to. It should be sent to North Platte. Now I have no idea where my sensitive paperwork is. Anyone can have my information. The women over the phone was no help. She said she doesn’t see it. I had it tracked to their building. But again said they never got it.

Got every thing done in an acceptable time frame. I was in and out in 30 minutes flat. I had to make some changes to my SS account, fairly simple but necessary. Everyone was friendly and professional to me, even the guard!
