Diamond Coat helped us pour countertops in our new home. We were looking for a simple white marble design and that is exactly what we got! We absolutely love the way our countertops turned out. We received great customer service and will definitely be using them again in the future!
Product was installed in August 2016. Informed company in January 2017 of terrible scratches and sinking to reveal seams. Notified in March that the dark pigment had failed to harden in lab test and there is a new formula. Work was to be redone in 3 weeks. After 8 weeks of not hearing from the company I called and requested a refund. The refund was originally agreed to, but after repeated calls a week later was informed that that's not how the business world works and there is no warranty on the product. Have had communications with both Colorado (they distributed the inferior product) and our local Youngstown dealer(installed inferior product) both have been rude and unprofessional...they happen to be friends. BUYER BEWARE. Extremely disappointed in the product and the people working for Diamond Coat Epoxy. Wasted 4000 on a product that failed lab tests.
