Used them 5 years ago when we built a few of our locations and we’re great. But unfortunately this experience has been really rough. We’ve been told 4-5 different install dates for some basic banners... a month later nothing and every time it’s the same thing “let me check with the installer”. They don’t call you back or followup, unfortunately you have to stay on them. And so far they've done nothing to compensate for the delays, and drops in communication. I’ve asked for the owner or supervisor to call and give me a clear date and all I’ve heard is crickets.
