Amazing customer service and exceptional quality. I'm always happy with my order when I order from Blue Moose. Haley is so helpful and is always there to answer any questions. Their art department is also awesome with bringing your ideas to life. I've also always received my products in a very reasonable time. Definitely recommend giving them a try!

Monica Laird has been my rep at Blue Moose for several years and I can't speak highly enough of work ethic and the incredible customer service she has provided us over the years. When I first started working with Monica; I put her and her art designers to the challenge when I asked them to create our ASL club shirts using ASL font. They more than succeeded in the task and have since become my go to for any of our ASL related apparel. Last year when we were impacted by Hurricane Harvey; Blue Moose helped us get shirts at a lower cost to help us raise more money for our fundraiser. It is these small acts that keep bringing me back to them and buying their quality products.
Love Blue Moose! They are great. Pricing is super cheap, for a high quality product. I have used them for a number of years and they always deliver quality product. If they ever make a mistake, they are quick to fix the problem. Love working with them, and Monica is my girl there!
I use Blue Moose tees for my dance team shirts and other items we use as gifts throughout the year. They are five star full service. I often call or email with an idea of what I want in a design and their artists make it happen. Their products are quality and IF there has ever been a problem they correct it immediately. They literally have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Prices are very reasonable, what you get for your money is excellent. They have lots of options and stay up on the trends. My sales rep, Monica, even proactively will send me items and designs that she thinks I will be interested. You really can't ask for more from a company. They are great!
Had great service and something happened. I've gotten two orders incorrect while the first time they remade correctly and shipped the second time I've waited 8 weeks and I'm still waiting on the correct order. We have two grand openings coming up and my rep wont return my calls, emails etc. The company is giving me the run around about my order I place over 8 weeks ago. I'm switching vendors and pretty disappointed that no one has communicated with me on my orders. I've called and called, finally spoke to someone who really didn't have much to say to help me. Sounds like they are going through a massive change which would have been good to know as one of their customers.
