ABBA God Daughter

This visit went very well! The service was friendly, and I received logical information about my injury. Christi was very personal and empathic about my concerns. The best part was that I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor which will always be a good thing in my notes! Thanks CareNow Grand Prairie:)

I would give this place zero stars. I waited in the waiting room for over two hours. To find out they forgot about me. They never checked me in. Very bad work ethic and service from a health care front desk. The front desk didn’t even apologize for the mess up. Other then that the nurse there apologized and took very good care of me she was fantastic along with the X-rays tech and doctor.

Very quick check in as a walk in patient, and very clean facility and polite, friendly staff. They were quick but thorough to get my vitals and basic health info, and it didnt take long to see Dr Patel. He listened to me closely and took plenty of time with me to think of possible diagnoses and explained his plan to treat me and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and give a detailed explanation in his answers. I definitely felt respected and listened to, by all the staff at this location

The staff is excellent but there is one doctor there the ruined the experience his name Edward Carew. I strongly suggest don’t see him. He won’t talk to his patients just tells the nurse what to say because he’s a coward!!

I came in for a non DOT pre employment drug screen. This place is so slow it’s unreal. I see more people walking around doing nothing rather than helping patients. When I came in the lobby had three people waiting. Two of the three are still here after two and a half hours. I am also still waiting for a simple drug test. All I can say is if your in a hurry don’t come here for anything.
