Spoke to Chris on the phone and he was very descriptive on how they could help. I loved that there was constant communication about services and whether or not he would be able to help. The next day, 2 techs came in to explain what was wrong with our refrigiator and even gave us tips on how to care for it. USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used a different one at first that just took our money, but this company was over the top professional and extremely helpful!!! Thank you!!

This is by far the best repair service I've had in the 30 years that I've owned a home. I rarely google a service for home repairs. I usually call friends for referrals. After reading CAS reviews, I decided to try them. I am glad that I did. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and truly down to earth. He explained every step in the process of my repair and answered my 100 questions without hesitation. The young man working along side of him, Frank was equally professional and knowledgeable. These guys provided me with a courtesy call when they were on their way because they would arrive a little earlier than anticipated (so appreciated). I would have given them 10 stars if I could have but these 5 are every bit well deserved. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them for all of my home repair needs.
