Oil change
This was my first time to Champion, I've always only taken my Jeep to the dealership, but things were coming down to the wire and the dealership is not convenient for me at all...several hour wait, too far for the curtesy van to shuttle me around, and not very economical. Champion is the closest place to my house - I needed a state inspection, the air in my tires was all messed up from the temp change, and I was overdue for an oil change. Plus driving in the snow made the Jeep filthy. They were fast, very polite and professional, and the prices are great. I didn't expect them to clean inside as detailed as they did for 15 (Royal wash with 5 discount for getting an oil change)! I really thought they were just doing the outside and the tires. Can't believe I was able to get so much done in under an hour. The longest part was the wash/detailing so if you're in a rush, check the line for that but I still think it was fast.

I know I can always count on them for great service. Employees are courteous and were very helpful in explaining all the options that are available. Great car wash packages and they are amazing. Super convenient. My car is spotless!

Disappointing experience. I’ve come here for years and always had great service. Today I drove up and four guys were in the garage, standing close to one another and chatting. Only one had a mask on. The one who walked over to my car did not put one on and when I asked him he sounded put out. I decided to leave. Wearing a mask right now is the least we can do to protect one another. Although he said he would get one, I should not have to request. I took my business elsewhere. I really like to support local places, but based on this experience I will not be back to this one.
My mother-in-law has been coming to this place for years and up until recently she decided to save some money and let me go ahead and do her oil changes. I've done hundreds of all changes in my lifetime and I can pretty much guarantee that they've been ripping her off for years. recently change her oil on her truck, but filter was on there was so tight that I had to break it apart in order to get it off. I'm pretty sure it's been on there for well over a year. I honestly think they've been just replacing the oil and not changing the filter. I encourage everyone that if you can take a few minutes out of your day and do your own oil changes you will have a better piece of mine to knowing you did the job yourself.
