no one in the office knows how to transfer a call. very rude customer service! they will not ask for help or what to do all they do is say im going to transfer you and they just hang up on purpose. how hard is it to figure out or train someone to do a duplicate title

Super slow service. Got in line at the kiosk at 8am (4th in line) didn’t get seen in the office until 8:58am. Once I got into the office to be assisted, the black lady at window 7 was very nice and pleasant and she was quick. She was the bright spot. Got back to the yard to be loaded and that took forever! Multiple different transporters about 7 and no one was being loaded! All of us just sitting there. They were sitting longer than me of course. Then that makes me wonder how 7 transporters got in front of me when I was number 4 when I checked in!? Idk what’s going on but I’ve been to so many coparts and this one by far is the pits! Time is money so waiting dam near 3 hours for one vehicle is ridiculous! Very disappointed in this facility and how they don’t have any sense of urgency. This experience ruined my hours of service and my whole day! Shame!! Smh
