Very disappointed with their service. They were referred to me by a reputable source in the same industry. Initially, the staff and new owner seemed very friendly and prompt up until I shared my designs, we agreed on the bulk pricing per their quote, and the owner agreed to deliver the first set. I never heard back from them on the status of the order post that. There was no communication about the reason for delay, let alone even a tangible courtesy response to my emails/texts/calls on whether the order will be fulfilled in the future or not and whether they intend to work with me in future. There was absolute silence from their end. The staff even advised me to look for another fabricator if needed but wouldn't answer why they were unable to deliver or why the owner just stopped responding all of a sudden.
