Fast and easy approval process, everyone was so friendly, this is why we keep coming back to this one location. Looking for a new, used or to trade in your car this is the place to go and don't forget to ask for Ivan Marquez ...Also ask for Fabian in financing he made the paper work easy and painless. He got us in an out. If I could give this location a 10 star I would.

This dealership has absolutely the worst customer service! We purchased a truck BEFORE Thanksgiving and have yet to receive plates. When called to question about them, absolutely zero knowledge of when we will get them, where they might be, can’t get a sales manager on the phone, etc. We just purchased another car a week ago, from a different dealership, and I guarantee that we will receive the plates for the newest one, before we ever hear anything from this dealership. GO ELSEWHERE!! They don’t have their act together! Just called AGAIN, after seeing numerous responses from the “owner” on here, to contact Melissa French. Called and was told she was at the service desk, then transferred to another person and they said she just stepped out for lunch. Asked to have her voicemail and conveniently, I was told it’s not set up. Based on the numerous times that people have been told to contact her, I’m not surprised. I wouldn’t want all of the complaints in my voicemail either. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

If you want to get in and out. Quick, easy & painless. Come here. Went in for a manufacturing issue. The airbags. Was told it may take 5 days initially, since the part wasn’t at the location, and it got done in one day! Good spot, good service, good people. Ask for Britain, he helped me out, kept me in the loop. Good man. Blessings.
