We are very happy with the service. We've been using it for a month and love the meals. Everything is well done, quality is on point, ingredients are fresh, recipes are exciting to make. I'm learning new techniques and am enjoying the experience. I had one issue and they exceeded my expectations in handling it. Impressed so far.

They won’t even deserve a single star. Have 7:30am appointment checked in at 6:30am . They have another facility (for parking) 1 mile away really hard to get in and out. Got door by 11am. No restrooms very. Have big hole on path specially for door 8 9 10. It’s 12:36 not even started getting empty yet. “No more hello to hello fresh “
Checked in 4pm for a 5pm appt. 9:14 and still no door. Reviews are all correct unfortunately. Last place you want to deliver :(. Update : finally in door at 10:00Pm. Both drivers on each side of me have been here for 10 hrs and 12 hrs. Again, the reviews are correct. Prepare!
The first meal we received was excellent and in went downhill from there. The produce was a little to be desired.black spots on our bell pepper and or wilted. We ordered the Capri burgers and got the instructions for something I didn’t even order. It just kept on with the problems. Three calls to hello fresh and I’m out of here!
I've been using Hello Fresh for over a year. Pros: meals are super tasty. Box delivered every Monday before dinner time. Cons: At least once a month I get a meal that has a missing ingredient. Also, they send super small veggies..like I never knew potatoes could be so small! Also, veggies are not always fresh. See pic..I had just received order yesterday (stems were brown and wilted-unuseable).
