This company is awesome. Even with limited staff at one point and during covid, my expectations were met and customer service exceeded my expectations as well. Maria has a great team and she is awesome at making up for her team when they are not there. These representatives made a great impression on one of Mansfield's customers located in Texas. They have great eyes to scope issues, bring up additional issues since they have eyes on site, and provide excellent documentation and assurance of completion.

No matter what they say they actually weren’t help to me at all. Ruined my fuel system on a 2020 vehicle that just hit 5,000 miles I have the papers from Toyota techs to back it up. Took over a month to send my check and actually only did it after constant reminders from me. Manager here named Mariah told me “I don’t hand deliver the checks so I don’t know when you’ll get it.” I have been nothing but patient for someone who’s been waiting since December 9th to get reimbursed and don’t expect calls or emails for updates! They don’t reach out at all. Horrendous service. Below is just SOME of what they owe me.
Great company that is staffed by a professional group of people. Everyone that I came in contact with during purchase and installation was willing to provide the help I needed. If they didn't know they found out and followed up with me. I especially appreciated the high level of quality in the materials that matched their customer service.
Very satisfied with my entire experience and so glad I was able to finally find a company that knows how to deliver what they promise. They were able to provide all the information about my products and any questions I had after installation were quickly answered.
