A great great, if not one of the best karate schools around there's beginner(6pm-7pm) to intermediate classes(7pm-8pm) and even advanced classes for black belts and brown belts for more advanced techniques after class(30 minutes after 8) i was a white belt about..a year ago and had 0 clue what to do, the instructors know how to do their job and actually INTRUCT, teach you, tell you what you're doing wrong, telling you your form and helping you get the form right, telling you how to do a specific move if you're a little lost, it's great, awesome, they teach self defense techniques too incase you get into a fight or flight situation. I'll highly recomend anyone thats near grandprarie to come to the school.
