Worked on a solar project 3 hours from home. Work got called because it snowed for a week (Not My Fault). Was told (By PeopleReady) that i would still get my per diem every day the job called off. So i Had to pay for a hotel for another week (Which we did not work). Called people ready the next week after i never didnt see a deposit. Constantly got the run around. They said they would get back to me which they never did. I called and they put me on hold for long periods of time or just hung up on me. Its been about 2 weeks now and i still have yet to speak with someone who could dix this issue

Continued the swirl of mess I already had going on in my life. This company leaves voice messages and when you reply to whatever hubla that is going on they absolutely change there business stucture. Why does it always take a complaint for the company to uphold what you would think normal business practice should be? One lady lee so she calls herself called about verification for a social security number. For information I had no knowledge of. This was supposed to be a low stress job while I recuperated from a work injury. Worked two days. Seen and experienced enough to know when a job isn't a fit.

I have worked for the skilled trades branch for 8 months and I have had more trouble with getting paid than I have in my entire career. It seems that they don't understand the meaning of pay day when I worked for other electric companies I always got paid on payday

This office has no respect for their employees. They will not fight or pay you on time. The employers that take in the tickets aren't concerned about getting the right information so you can appear professional to a site they send you to. Address will be right and the company name will be screwed up. Nobody takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong they never apologize for errors and you may go 3 days without payment for a day pay job. The moral of the recruiters are pathetic. I take someone to different sites for this company and I'm constantly chasing my tail like a dog in heat. I guess they feel that a person has some type of issue finding secure employment so they treat them any kind of way. But I dont think they'd continue to work for a company if their pay wasn't on time in order without excuses after the work has been done. They really need to walk a mile in the employees shoes and see how it feels to fight for worked income. I'll also be reaching out to BBB and TWC, Texas Workforce Commision with a petition for a formal investigation. I'm tired of this employee fighting for his money when he's completed their assignments.
