Don't use this place under any circumstances. Predatory 10% increase in rent / year if you keep stuff in their storage for more than a year. We will be filing an insurance claim. We have photographic evidence of the following inside the unit on our stuff: mice/bug droppings, a dead mouse, several carpenter ant mounds, and a 4 inch wide gap in the contrete spanning entire right side of the unit. We didn't notice the exposed earth when we got the unit because wood boards were covering it - they rotted away due to moisture coming from underneath.
Great place never had a problem, very friendly and helpful staff.
