Their employees clearly think they are above the rule of law, check out these photos of them parked across 3 parking spots, including a handicap spot, in front of a Wendy's in Dallas. I find this to be extremely inconsiderate, especially when they don't have a trailer, they could have easily obeyed the law. Hopefully, their boss will get this under control.
Waited until Saturday morning at 7:30 to start jackhammering and digging holes. What's wrong with business hours? Silver lining is that I love the music they're blasting.
Best customer service I've had with a utility company
These people are terrible. They have done epairs\ on our apartment power twice now. The first time they neglected to cut our breaker back on. It took all day calling oncor to figure out why the power wasn't back on. Then they came back yesterday evening and cut our power off with no warning at all. We went downstairs to talk to them about it and they lied to us, saying they had warned us about repairs.
