First off I just want to say I had been comparing individual plans, fresh off the bat without any preliminary knowledge about what phone service provider would be most beneficial for me as a new college graduate. One of the representatives there, Paul Reyes, has to have been one of the most transparent people there. He was direct- about the cost, the benefits I was eligible for and the best plan at my age and with my budget, not to mention the truth behind the matter of comparing the phone companies including Verizon I had been choosing from. I always admire a companies rep who can be this genuine, honest, and frankly relatable. Not only was he knowledgeable without being robotic, but had pretty good sense of humor, if I should say so myself!!! Thanks again Paul!

Joe Lee was very knowledgeable & honest about the different devices & accessories in the store. He answered all of my questions & even the ones I didn't ask. 5/5 service when you visit here ask for Joe! (Side bar: If you're buying a new phone, LOG OUT OF CASHAPP ON YOUR OLD DEVICE IF YOU WANT THAT SAME ACCOUNT ON YOUR NEW PHONE. Its hell getting in touch with cashapp support & you'll most likely have to create a new account & merge it with your old one to retain your assests..!
