If you ever want to clear your mind and find yourself lost in the beauty of nature, this is the place to be. All year round, opportunities are in abundance to explore the outdoors and find all kinds of wildlife and educational classes, meaning, fun for the whole family! It’s so close to the city but far enough to bring peace & clarity to your busy life. Come take a walk & enjoy all there is to offer & get some fresh air at this beautiful nature center! The staff are exceptional & always willing to help lend a hand or help guide you on things you never thought possible!

A wonderful experience, even amidst the pandemic. This is certainly a gem of a location around Grand Rapids, and the effort and love put into this really shows in the facilities and events that are put on year round. As a birding enthusiast I may be bias, but anyone who enjoys the outdoors will find their trails and activities very enjoyable!

A fairly large nature center right in the middle of the city. There are lots of signs of wildlife, including a lot of deer. There are several animals that are cared for because they were injured.
