The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I got a burger and sundae, the burger was really good but the sauce was a bit strong towards the end. Everything else was positive.

I don't normally review fast food joints, unless they do something extremely wrong or exceptionally right. However here it's because the franchise is relatively new to G.R. The atmosphere here is a mix of Steak n shake and 5 guys. Nice, but nothing new. I ordered the double steakburger with fries. The burger tasted just like one from Steak n Shake. The fries were better than steak n shake. The fry sauce was a tasty treat. Service was very good and friendly. Overall a clone of Steak n Shake. Overall on the fast food scale it was a 4 same as SnS. Would I return? Yes with a but. If i was in area then easily otherwise no I'm not going out of my way for a clone.
This Freddy’s location is easy to get to and get out of. The staff is polite. Sit down area regularly cleaned and spotless. And drive-thru moves at a fast pace for the quality of the food. Big fan of the chocolate shake and spicy chicken sandwich. Do recommend.
We have been stopping in for the Freddy's turtle sundae lately to share as a family. Their custard is the best that I have had. The nuts always taste super fresh and crunchy. The fudge and caramel sauces always hot. They never give a hard time when we ask for extra cherries (everyone always want one) and spoons for sharing. Keep up the great work !!
It was later in the afternoon when I went so wait times were very quick. Great customer service and clean restaurant. I find the burgers too salty but that’s just my personal taste. Jalapeño fry sauce and custard are excellent.
