Excellent people to deal with, very competent and responsive. Follow up is excellent. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Be aware, the pricing strategy is to nickle and dime customers with high minimum charges for driving 10 minutes to your site or 117 minimum service charges for anything imaginable plus a host of line item charges for random things. If you can afford to rack up a few hundred dollars every time you call, they'll take good care of you quickly and correctly. It's a premium service level, at a cost.

The staff and service here is nothing short of phenomenal. My go to person is Mike in receiving. Always greets me with a smile and a \How you doing?\ Very personable staff and warm atmosphere. I gave them a time frame to accomplish a good portion of work, and they beat expectations. Definitely recommend them for the work they deal with. My experience was Scale Calibration Certifications.
