I love this spa! Excellent communication for scheduling, sharing likes and dislikes for massage and facials. Staff is very friendly and professional. Facility is immaculate! The extra special treats for holidays are so fun. My services with Jeannie and Mandy are extremely therapeutic. I highly recommend Hand and Stone Massage!

From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by such warm and wonderful people. Then MY massage therapist is the absolute best. She can find places that need some extra attention that I did t realize—until she works on them! I have also had a couple amazing facials and plan to get another very soon. I always walk away feeing relaxed and refreshed!!
It was a last minute request to get a couples massage when we were visiting Grand Rapids. From making arrangements to a wonderful welcome to a fantastic massage...all was so seamless and excellent. I think this will be a new tradition when we visit Grand Rapids!
Would not allow me to request a female masseuse without charging me a 50% fee. I was not informed that I would have a male masseuse until I saw a confirmation email which at that point was already within 24 hours of my appointment. Not happy with this type of business practice. You should be willing to accommodate clients when they are spending good money to use your services, not penalize them.

Molly did my facial today and was so lovely and explained everything step by step and I’m so happy with the quality of her work. The receptionists were so friendly and helped me get signed up for a membership quickly !
I have been getting regular massages with Jeanie, and I can't express how amazing she is! The entire experience is exceptional, from the minute you walk in the door. I love having a spa nearby with such flexibility and open hours.
Good location. Everyone that I’ve interacted with at this location are very nice. Love getting a facial or massage from here.
