I didn’t know how else to address the above comments so figured this is the best way. I am a nurse for Passport Health and I can promise you that we take great care with health, safety and cleanliness. There is nothing even close to accurate in the above person’s comments like un-“cleanly”, charging 150 for a visit (not even close to that!), etc. My husband discovered and brought the reviews to my attention, stating that if he didn’t know us he would have avoided us based on them. I feel terrible about the image it is giving us and I assure you we are safe and by the books. We work fully with FDA, CDC, WHO, ACIP and USCIA recommendations and guidelines, and have 6 locations in Michigan. Please come see for yourself. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! Whatever you do, please do not go here! Do your research before going on your vacation about what vaccines you need. Do not go to them for advice. They do not tell you that you end up paying 150 for just the visit. They are not a doctor's office, just random people who give out shots that cost . They are not cleanly enough to be able to give out shots. One of their rooms was filled with sharps containers that were not properly stowed away or sealed properly. I am so glad that I ended up leaving during the middle of the appointment. A waste of money but at least I still have my health and not wondering if there needs are clean or if they are even properly trained to give shots. Let alone what is in one of their shots. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't do reviews but i think that this place deserves a better rating. i think the 2 other reviewers had a fluke experience. the office was clean and the nurse was professional and knowledgable about preventative measures - including but not limited to vaccine types, vaccine recommendations based on planned travel experiences, local climates, pertinent supplements that have research backing, and details such as strength of bug spray to use. you get a personalized travel booklet with information on your destinations. they also sell bug spray/wipes, water filtration kits, anti-diarrhea kits, permethrin spray, aids to address motion sickness, etc at costs comparable to amazon. the call service which was very promptly answered (i scheduled through a call rather than online) was extremely well-informed about what vaccines the office carried and how much they would cost. i got a visit within 3 days of scheduling, just in time for my trip. why 4 stars? the one downside may be the potentially steep price of the consultation and vaccines. for reference 75 consult fee and 130 typhoid vaccine. sometimes you can find cheaper options at walgreens apparently? but it is less reliable and without a discussion like that noted above.

I called to schedule an appointment for yellow fever since i am traveling Africa instead of them telling me they dont have it at that location, they let me go in. I ended up paying 120 for the visit since we were a family of 4.
