Not sure I'll ever buy a Tesla but I brought my Grandson there a week ago (big Tesla fan) and they did a great job treating him (and I) with kindness & respect. Invited him to sit in the car, touch the screen, and if we wished come on back & take a ride. He's 10 and as we drove away he said "I'm all warm.. I'm so happy". Made my month. Thank you, Tesla team. I will take you up on that ride offer soon.

Got my Model S serviced today and the team did an awesome job! One of the mechanics even drove me to the car rental around the corner while my car was being worked on.
Signed up for a test drive and got a slot later the same day. Best car I’ve driven by far
