Since I live nearby, I've driven past the store several times when their website said they were open - they have always been closed. I finally gave up today. There are too many other great hobby shops in town to worry about a business that's inaccessible.

The store itself provides an full assortment of models, books, and other merch so anyone can find what they are looking for. Staff works hard to facilitate a good gaming environment with events that promote a healthy community such as painting contests and secret santas. Been a wonderful experience since opening, and happy to continue shopping at Warhammer.

I came in for the first time a few weeks back to buy the last few paints I needed, and my first box of Skitarii for the AdMech army I was trying to start. I told the employee, Dante, that I was new to 40k, and he was wonderful, we had a good conversation on the lore, he talked about his preferences with the game, and some changes between 8th and 9th edition. A few days later I went back in to get another box of miniatures, this time a set of Kastellan robots. Again, Dante was wonderful with helping me to make decisions about my armies, he had information on the stores usual activities and plans (barring current Covid restrictions), and on some of his background in the gaming community. This store, and Dante in it, are great assets to the Warhammer and 40k communities, and I cannot recommend shopping here enough. Closings, events, and such are all displayed on their facebook page. Its great!

Dante is THE MAN! Super, super friendly and really knows his stuff. I went in with questions as I'm brand new to the hobby and Dante was able to help me out big time! This will now be my absolute go-to for anything Warhammer related!

After an hour long drive to the store, myself and 4 others arrived only to see it was closed with a "be back in" such and such time on the window. Seeing that they usually had a half hour closure for lunch, we decided to wait. After 45 minutes, finally one of the girls got frustrated and started digging around online. She eventually found that just before opening, the owner tossed up a post on facebook that he didn't feel like coming in that day, so left it closed on a Saturday afternoon. Didn't call in an employee, didn't even bother having a piece of paper in the window explaining this. Just didn't bother. We watched 4 different cars drive up, and drive off in frustration, while 2 of my friends who came to buy thousand point armies also left in a foul mood. Said girl who found the Facebook post put up a response in review and just got back some d-bag's response about how he'll go extra so she won't be missed, clearly a "regular" letting new people know how much they aren't wanted around. Real classy. Don't waste your time. Not much play space, irresponsible staff, and the player bass here are toxic to 'outsiders' in true basement dweller fashion. Plenty of other game stores in west Michigan for you.

Dante is always willing to help, and makes sure people get something they'll actually want, not just whatever costs the most.

Was planning on buying a few Start Collecting sets and a good handful of paints however you aren't allowed to look around. Literally have to stand at the door and ask to see things.

Dante was super helpful and knowledgeable! Coming back to the 40k hobby after more than a decade away, I had questions about both lore and painting tech and he was able to assist with ease and passion.
