I spent a full day here purchasing our bike...it was a day well spent! The staff was so kind, so funny, so knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. Shane, John, Dustin, Jim, Roy all get 10/10 from us. Can’t wait to spend my Saturdays in the parking lot!

My first impressions of the dealership and their staff were very favorable salesman was very friendly and very knowledgeable and seemed very helpful. So I decided to buy my bike from them continued working with the salesman, salesman told me he would help me find a motorcycle to ship in because they didn’t have the color I wanted seven days later I had heard nothing from the salesman so I went to another dealer in another state and bought my Harley from them. Their salesman actually return phone calls and helped me get the bike I wanted very disappointed considering the grand Teton Harley was where I bought my first Harley Davidson I would suggest going elsewhere to look for your Harley Davidson. I contacted The store manager to let him know what what had happened and that he lost over 20,000 sale because of failure to follow up he apologized but that was it, he tried to get me to come back to buy my bike from them but I had already purchased one from another dealer but he didn’t offer to reduce the cost of service or to do anything to try and make up for the mistake that was made salesman called me back later that day to apologize for what happened but by that time the damage was done. In conclusion if you want good follow up if you want to have a great experience I will suggest going to another dealer to buy your bike very sad for an experience it started out great and then ended up so poorly very disappointed!

Frank and Dennis went out of their way to get me on my bike! Frank even followed me back to my hotel so I could drop of my car and then brought me back to my brand new iron 1200!!! I was determined to ride it back to pocatello even though had I needed it frank would have got me home for sure with no doubt in my mind. Thanks everyone at grand teton. Y'all are family to me!!

We weren't really looking for motorcycle when we stopped in it was more of a "just looking" after we left there we went to another dealer to look and almost immediately turned around and went back and bought bikes the same day. My experience there was top of the line thru 2 personal purchases purchases and 2 family member purchases of bikes very recently. Everyone from sales, finance, apparel, parts and service, were amazing and were friendly and patience through all the questions of bikes, parts, helmets ect. My personal purchases were such a pleasant experience. More so then I have ever experienced before. They make you feel welcome, just like your family to them!
