So the maintenance people here are amazeballs. I put my work order in on a day off and all of a sudden they came in less than an hour. I have only rented twice in my life but this crew at Grandville has set the bar. I am ecstatic with the way these guys handle the day to day.

Great place to live. Very happy with the office staff, Lori O is a very pleasant person to communicate with & she is always there to help when needed! Maintenance upkeep is impeccable! Everything is fixed in very exceptional time. Highly recommended!

Grandeville on saxon has been a good place to live as I've been here since 2016. The maintenance staff is the best I've ever experienced and office staff are very helpful and professional to work with. I would have renewed my lease but the management company that ownes this place appears to be out of touch with this area. With the rent increase, I could rent a brand new apartment with all updated amenities. Saxon is not updated enough to charge those prices. There are several new apartment complex's opening up meaning there is no shortage of places in this price point; some are designed with amenities that are like a resort.... truly a disappointment as I had no intention to move
