Not wheelchair accessible without a lot of finagling at the Millcreek office. Wait times are horrendous, taking a minimum of 2.5 hours per visit, when after I explained that a long wait time would be hard on my mom. They changed her appointment time at the last minute causing us to have to rearrange transportation and not one apology. If my Dad hadn't already paid in full I'd never bring her back here. Really unprofessional behavior and questionable infection control practices. You will probably save money going here but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend.

I need to say!!! I have been in 3 different dental offices, they are charged me 45,000 .for my service. Only for the top. Doctor say I really need to do this fast I can. I understand, but a find Grandpas Dental. And make upper and lower for only 35,000 implants . I love how look. My dad and mom love. I’m very happy. I recommend Grandpas Dental for everyone. I have been in Orem office and Murray. Best price I find. And I look everywhere. Recommend for everyone.
I was in town for a work trip and was in dire need of a whitening. Staff were very accommodating of my time restraints and I was very happy with their excellent service. Would highly recommend to any local and to any of my friends.
I love this place! We always have the same people take care of us and they really know how to treat people. Dr. Snow is so kind and willing to explain everything I needed. They are the lowest prices in town for sure. They are worth the visit. From the front desk to the dental assistants, everyone is a rock star Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone!

My husband had to have all his upper teeth pulled, and a denture made. He has been thrilled with his teeth and the service he has received. They were very professional. It cost 6700, which is much better than the 25000, that Clear Choice said it would cost. We had to wait a few times but it was more than worth it.
Best doctors ever. Very nice staff and friendly. They speak a lot of language. English, Portuguese, Spanish, impressed.
Best dentist ever. And best dental price. My crowns look very good.
