I love the doctors here. Not really mad just wanted to provide honest feedback The receptionist really need to maintain the phones better. Nurse called out to have me schedule an appointment, and the receptionist had me on hold for 20min just to schedule an appointment. Almost feel like they put me on hold and left to lunch

Both me and my husband tried using grand view family medicine. Neither of us had a great experience. My appointment seemed rushed and I wasn’t given any actual answers to my questions. We both asked for just normal blood work, and mine was 100 while my husband they tested for numerous things without asking his permission and then charged him 600. We also can almost never get someone to answer the phone. I spent all morning trying to make an appointment and the phone was picked up just one of those times for a “can I put you on hold” and then I never got off hold until I finally hung up. The other times I tried calling no one even answered and I was immediately put on hold. So, I went to another doctor instead. My husband has had the same experience when trying to call. I’m really not super picky when it comes to doctors/office experiences. But Grandview is definitely the worst experience I’ve had with a family practice yet. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to friends and our family is currently searching for another office.

I have been going to this office for years and have had a good experience overall, but I would not recommend seeing Dr. Shawn Mickelsen, he thinks his personal opinion out weights my medical needs. I slipped on ice and it did something to my back, they had me get an MRI, the results showed that I have a bugle disc it hurts so bad that I can't sleep more then an hour at a time without waking up in severe pain, I understand their is a pain medication problem going on but tylenol and ibuprofen isn't helping and he couldn't care less. Lucky I'm going to a pain management office soon, but not soon enough. I would recommend seeing another doctor.

Lisa Stubbs is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and takes time to address any concerns. She is great with my kids. We have seen her as our regular family doctor for years. I always leave with comfort and ease.

Very very poor care. The doctor didn’t tell me what he prescribed me or ask me where to send it. The receptionists weren’t very helpful and they didn’t send my prescription to the pharmacy until a few days later when I called them to ask where it was. It was a waste of a yearly physical and a waste of money. Don’t go here.
