This is our third season and first season with our Glamrgear and it makes everything so much easier than before. So much space and lots of little compartments to organize accessories and things. Not to mention we ordered later in the season and it was shipped out to me within 2 days!!! Amazing customer service and great quality product!

My daughters comp bag broke (it was a different manufacturer) and with competition coming up I received the best customer service! I received text messages after hours to assist me and the person went above and beyond! I couldn’t be happier and cannot wait for her new bag to arrive!
I am truly blown away by the customer service from this company. I had planned to purchase a new bag during a sale they were having but wanted to wait until my daughter was out of school to let her pick the color. I had everything in my cart and ready to checkout about 20 minutes before the sale ended. I then had a shipping question and while trying to figure it out, the sale ended. I told them what happened and without hesitation they still honored the sale for me and answered every question! Even better, I was able to simply text them and receive quick responses! I have my own small business and can’t say enough how satisfied I am with Glam’r Gear and their products!
My daughter was so excited when she received her bag, she loves it! We had other competitors and hands down this bag has the most amenities a dancer needs and it’s sooo pretty

If you are looking for a dance bag check out glamr gear! I had sent them a message and then went ahead with my order when they replied they actually told me they would purchase a a different product that they carry that would fit my 6 year olds needs but I told them I had already purchased a differnt product that cost more. They immediately told me they could change my order for me not only did they change my order and I also added a few things onto it. They sent me my new order info and a refund for the difference immediately! Its not everyday a business will tell you to purchase a less expensive product from them or tell you they can change your order after buying something that cost more! Fantastic customer service!
