Great, well built cabins.
like
I really like the cabin. Found a few things that need repair after a couple of weeks. Customer service lacks in communication, takes a long time to get back with you and slow in resolving the problems.
Great product! Love the sales team , Carol really walked me through the process and had lots of patience! I look forward to building my cabin !!!
Very pretty cabins and very nice people, but they are the absolute worst when it comes to communication. We were ready to purchase and waiting literally months for the final design and pricing. In fact, we still have never received the final design or price. I have called and emailed and just keep getting ignored. Their horrible response time has costs us months in wasted time. We will be going with another builder. Just imagine if there was something wrong with the cabin, they would likely never respond. Very disappointing because we really wanted to support a \mom and pop\ establishment. They are just too busy to do it right.
Our cabins looks great and crafted with quality and care. Would love to purchase another cabin soon.
