Preferred Asphalt and Concrete paved our long driveway and added new paving to a former gravel driveway. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We were impressed with the skill, precision and neatness they performed. I would highly recommend using their services!

This company and Rob the owner are just beyond incredible!! We were ripped off by another company and Preferred and Rob came to our rescue. Our parking lot has always been bad since we purchased our building. There were literally LAKES in it after a rain and one visitor's car was damaged going through one. We ended up refinancing our building to get it repaired and were scammed. Rob and his crews came to our rescue. Our parking lot is now the most beautiful lot ever. No lakes when it rains and that was NOT an easy fix because of the way we sit. Everyone of those men were incredibly kind and worked overtime getting our lot fixed SO fast and perfect for our visitors! Very little interruption. Several of us were in tears with the gratitude and beautiful lot. They TRULY care about their product/service, from what we went through with this, that is NOT common with this type of company. Thank you so much Rob and Preferred, we couldnt be any more happy and grateful!

The best Asphalt company I have ever contracted with. Are HOA hired Perfferd asphalt to overlay our walking trail. The entire crew was polite, courteous and very helpful. This review is for work done at Kenny's Tile in Grandview: From the bid to the finished product, Preferred was excellent. With doing a complete parking lot during business hours and several add on's as the job was being worked on, everyone worked well with us and helped to keep our men, venders, and customers able to still do as they needed to do. Thank you Preferred for making a hard job easy!
