I usually have had relatively positive experiences here (nothing to rave about) but tonight they wouldn’t let us in, saying that the registers were already shut off, as in they had already counted and shut down the registers prior to 9:53 when we arrived at the door. They are supposed to close their doors at 10 and close the registers when everyone is out of the store. We only needed a couple items and it wouldn’t have been more than a couple minutes. I just feel that it’s very unprofessional to close early and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. We could have literally been in and out before 10.

Ms Paula in customer service is a gem! She was absolutely pleasant & very knowledgeable. I hope she gets that promotion soon she deserves it. If you want a reason to smile , ask for Paula and she will give you a few!
The checker was terribly rude. I told her I didn’t have my card but I had my phone number and she just ignored it. She just threw all my groceries in bags without paying attention. Chips were under stuff, lemon cake upside down, etc. I went to eat the salsa I bought and found that it was a month expired.
I ordered a SpongeBob cake online on 10/16 for my sons bday and it was schedule for p/u between 2-4pm on 10/17. I arrived at 2pm sharp and the cake was packed & ready! I'm really writing the review because the cake looked exactly like the picture, but most importantly it tasted amazing, from the whipped icing to the marble cake itself... superb I haven't had a store bought cake this good in a long time! Thank you price chopper bakery!
The lines are ALWAYS slow. The cashiers are very standoffish and get attitude quick. Sometimes they will ask for the price chopper number and sometimes they won't. There is definitely a few gems who are doing their job well. The prices at this Price chopper are also higher then other price choppers. Almost 5 dollars for a gallon of milk but if you drive to the next price chopper its usually 2.75. This isn't the only discrepancy in pricing.
