My sisters and mom love estate jewelry. We decided to take our masks this summer and enjoy the sparkle. The store and staff are wonderful!! I walked out with an upgraded wedding ring that I was not planning on but am in love with. The service was a huge part of the fun. We tried on many pieces and all were sanitized. We spent two hours enjoying every minute of our trip and all walked out with purchases and smiles!!

Engels made ring shopping so easy. Robin was super helpful throughout the entire process of custom designing both wedding and engagement bands. For my wedding band, I just brought in a picture for inspiration, and Engels created a custom piece to fit perfectly with my engagement band. Engels also ensures you are completely satisfied with the design by providing a CAD picture and a wax model that require your approval prior to creating the pieces. They really want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and they didn't pressure us at all. I would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs!

We are very happy with Engles Jewelry in Grandville. Brought in my 30 year old wedding set to be fixed as the diamond engagement band had cracked clean through at the diamond bridge mount. They offered to repair it, but also offered to replicate it, using my same diamond, but making a new band in the exact style as my old one, so that it would be strong and solid. I'm so happy I chose the latter option as my ring is just like my old one but strong and will have a new guarantee now. Especially wonderful was that they took the gold from my broken original diamond ring and transformed it into a solid band that I can wear too - it's perfect!

I brought my grandmother's 108 year old opal ring to Engel's. They replaced the crown and the opal is much more secure. They replicated the original crown so the ring looks exactly the same. Love it. Thanks Engel's!!

I went shopping with my wife for a Valentine's Day and 12th Anniversary gift. Carrie Anne Engels, General Manager, helped Linda find a necklace that was in our budget. Linda also found a ring she liked and we put that on lay away. The store was excellently presented,. On completing the purchase my wife was given a box of choclates and a bouquet of roses. Overall, it was a very happy experience.

Friendly and compassionate and many more wonderful words to describe this Jewelry family who has been in Grandville for many decades. Moving locations from Chicago Drive to Wilson Ave., they are still the best Jewelers in town. I have brought all my jewelry there to be altered since I was a little girl and will continue as long as they are in business. They will take great care of you and your precious heirlooms.
