This pediatrician office has been here since our parents were young! It’s a long standing pediatrician office on the main strip of town that has a new young doctor who is bringing a new vibe to the office im sure, but the office staff and receptionist answering the phone are non clinical, lack just common manners and sit you on hold for outrageous times. You can barely hear them and they could use some training and need to slow down on the pot lucks from the drs wife and put that time into office training in which the doctors should be involved with as well and recognize that the office is in need of either a really good cleaning or a complete revamp. A physicians office should be one, where if you weren’t there doctor there, you would still choose to send your children and newborns their for treatment. It’s filthy and rudeness revamped would bring in much more of a better reputation and that would bring in business. The doctor can be heard yelling which is never good- and known for wanting to just suggest tubes and tonsillectomies on toddlers and have a new pt back log of 4-6 months which is unacceptable to state your even accepting new patients, if it will take the new patient 1/2 of a year waiting to see you. This office needs some work on the staff as well as building and cleanliness!

I have been taking both my kids to their office for years. They have always been friendly and accommodating. If my children are sick they always get me in that day to check her out and make sure she is okay.
