No overnight parking. Restroom availability. By appt only. Air hose locking device present. Loading time 2 hours. Slide tandems to the rear.
Well this is a disorganized mess. The women in the shipping office just walked out with 4 drivers in line. Not a single word to anyone. Then a guy comes in and checked us all in or out. 35 minutes later a driver knocks on my door. They assigned him the same dock I was in. Went inside to a 3rd person at the shipping window. No one knows what anyone else is doing and they lie about when they are going to load you... over and over again.
Wait....Wait...and wait for it....wait. If you are picking up a live load check in at gate 4. Pick up phone give guard your pick up number and trailer number they will give you further instructions. Be prepared to be here a minimum of 5 hours. Make sure that you have enough hours on your clock because you can’t stay and do a 10 hour break here. They MIGHT let you drop your trailer and come back to pick it up if you’re about to end up running out of hours. Or you can park across the street. If you work for a carrier that often does drops here they might let you do this.
I went to gate 2 where there's 6 receiving docks to unload..be sure to have your DL or ID to present upon check in and use the security lock on your lines and put key into dock wall and your ready to unload. Great and prompt SERVICE!! Thank you, it helps us drivers to delivery. Where the flag is Gate 2..definitely would come back!
