Good for kids
So if I could give this place zero stars I would, I went here about a week ago and the old lady there was quite rude. She called me PATHETIC. Which is absolutely no way to talk to a kid/teen. The stalls are held up with dental floss. And the lady screams swear words at children. Since I ride English mostly, I am not familiar with western tack up, I asked for help and the lady seemed annoyed. Not to mention the bridles. Unsafe! That is not a bridle at all! It’s more of a halter with a piece of metal on it. I was naturally ready to punch the lady if she called me Pathetic again. But luckily her daughter was lovely :) Anyways do not send your child here it’s for their safety.

We saw the signs one day driving by and decided to duck in to give our boys there first horseback riding adventure. They had a blast, we had a blast. We were drop in, they dropped everything to give us a chance (they were in mid afternoon chores it looked like) to ride and we are appreciative of that. Also, the bridge, attached a photo of it, I love it freaked my kids out a bit but they pushed through and got over it. :) (In response to the negative reviews, here is my take) I can't particularly speak for the negative reviews, but I can kinda see where they are coming from. One lady we were working with was particularly curt and a hard liner on the rules (process oriented). Which is nothing negative, we need people like that because rules are there for a reason to keep people from getting hurt. I'm personally the type that plays jump rope with the line, so things she blasted (not yelled, just disapprovingly lectured) the younger girl about I'd probably had just let slide. The thing is though people, different strokes, different folks. Being process oriented isn't bad and is a good trait to learn just like being adaptable is a good trait too.
10/10 love it I've been riding there for 2 years now and my sister on her 8th year! We love everything about it

I think everyone should visit horse country farm at least once! Everything about it is rustic, genuine, and the owners are very knowledgeable. The horses are well cared for with a variety of attitudes for every level of riders. The suspension bridge is basically the front gate to any horse enthusiasts haven! Everything built there either was milled on the property or sent across river on a zip line, it's all an experience worth living!
