A loved one went through this program twice. It was so good for him and our family. I can’t say enough about the caring staff and all the time and energy they put in to their clients, especially Tami. We had a terrible experience at a different, well known treatment center, that was all about the money- this is the complete opposite. Of course at the end of the day it’s about what you put in to it. Thank you Project Turnabout!

If you are serious about your recovery, i suggest you go somewhere else. I had personal property misplaced by the staff, (staff acknowledged this), and they made NO attempt to replace it. There was money stolen from the staff office, belonging to the patients, because of the lack of responsibility by the staff and they didn't attempt to replace it. I forgot some expensive personal belongings when i left and rather than send me the items to make up for the misplaced possessions, i was told to send them money so they could send my items to me. They already took me for my stuff and they asked for more money! That is the character of this place! How can you teach addicts how to straighten their lives out when this is how you operate? I left after only 2 weeks because it isn't a safe place to be. Go somewhere else if you are serious about getting clean and sober. They don't have the morals needed to get people on the right track. I was told today by a unit coordinator that she wins return by call with the info needed to get my stuff back and, what do you know, NO RETURN CALL WITH INFO. This place doesnt care about the poeple they are supposed to help. They want your money!
If you are searching for recovery and willing to put the work in you will find it. If you expect the counselors and staff to do it for you they can't they can only guide you. Thank you to all the P2 staff you know who you are
I went thru the Vanguard gambling inpatient recovery program at Project turnabout in late 2017, early 2018. The staff are amazing and really care about your recovery's success. Vanguard saved my life and I will be forever grateful. I do wish there were some transition housing for Vanguard graduates as aftercare is REALLY important. If you are considering inpatient gambling addiction treatment, they have an amazing success rate. If you really want to be better, it's a smart decision to go there.
I have had the privilege of working at Project Turnabout for nearly a decade. I've never been a patient here, but as the former Chaplain I can tell you it is an organization like no other. It's professional and personal. Project Turnabout is a leader in the Addiction Recovery Community and goes the extra mile for each patient, and their family. I get to see recovery everyday.
