Whole Team was great. I purchased a used Mercury motor from Bill sight unseen and it was better than expected. Had compression written on the cylinders and the Technician who removed and inspected it was extremely helpful as I installed it myself. When I got it home it was packed like a new motor and they even put new mounting hardware. Installed in about an hour and hooked up water to the motor and first hit of the key it fired right. Not lake tested yet but so far so good.

I bought a new(to me) boat and after the 3rd time having it on the water i had a very loud knocking sound. I took it into RT marine to have it profesionaly diagnosed and not to my suprise i had blown a piston in the powerhead. Bill gave me all the options possible for what i could do to either repair or replace the motor. He was extremely knowlegable and very easy to work with. He ended up doing a complete motor swap for me and i could not be happier. All the staff at RT was very helpful. I will take my boat back to them for any and all my marine services.

Great service. They could not get the part I needed (there was one in Chicago, too long for delivery). But, they did give me PNs to cross reference. I was able to find one and have it delivered in a few days. Sorry I didn't buy the part from them, but they will be my first stop for boating need in the future! Thanks.
