Excellent service for a broken water pump on my A7. Was able to get an appointment quickly and was updated right away that my car would need to be there overnight. They had Lyft pick me up and get me home and my car was ready as promised the next afternoon. No one is happy about their car having problems but they kept me updated which is all I really could ask for. Everyone had masks on, whole thing was easy.
Do NOT recommend buying a used car at this dealership. They do not negotiate in good faith and do not hold up their end of the agreement. Instead they threaten to just unravel the deal leaving you back at square one. My wife and I went in to buy a car. The sales rep mentioned that someone on the lot ran the mirror into something and a replacement was coming. We were like okay, that's fair. We decided we'd like to by the car but the dealership needed to fix the cosmetic damage on the outside. We agreed on a price in writing and that they would fix the body damage. Two sales reps took us to the garage and we circled all of the spots that needed to be fixed. They agreed to fix everything we circled, and do have it on video. They had the car for over a week while waiting on the mirror. My wife and I went back to trade in her car and pick up the new car. They fixed some of the cosmetic damage but not all of it. We said they missed some spots and the manager stated that's the best they could do without sending to a paint shop, which is not true. We argued about them needing to fix what they agreed to fix. He said, he'd just unravel the deal as fast as it was made, even though we'd already gone through financing and paid the down payment. They were able to fix some deep marks on the car but refused to fix the body damage near the mirror that their guy damaged. The manager went on to tell us that it was traded in that way, which we explained wasn't what we were told. He said the rep was incorrect, which I highly DOUBT he was. Anyway... Long story short... DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this dealership. They do not negotiate in good faith and will do what they want or or just unravel your deal and waste your time!

We were very happy with our car buying experience here. Shaun was fantastic to work with and he was able to find the car we were looking for without waiting for one that was still on the ship. He understood our needs and was very patient with us as we changed our requirements (for more features) as we discovered new things we \couldn't live without\. The tech specialist gave an excellent orientation to my wife. This was her first new car in eight years so almost all of the technology was new to her. Thanks again for a great experience!
