I am very upset yesterday November 28/20, I went to change a garment and be able to pay the difference, my surprise that manager Mike. in turn I snatch the garment and slander me in front of the people for having stolen it, he got excited and threatened to check the cameras, after an hour the man came out saying I'm just sorry it was the fault of the cashier the misunderstanding ... .I need and I believe that I pay my money and put a competent person in charge ... I feel very bad about this problem ... I hope they take action on the matter, thank you.

The shopkeeper at the counter is rude and communicates after a customer waits for quite some time. I liked the discounts and ended not purchasing anything.

Absolute worst service ever!!!! I made a purchase and used 2 gift cards, they had a problem with processing both of them and had to call customer service..and when it was time for me to pay the remaining balance the credit card machine kept saying not completed no matter what type of card I tried to use..several cards later I asked if he could transfer to another register or just cancel the transaction he said No that i could go to the atm where we had to pay extra to get cash while using the same card used in the store, after letting him know my frustration about paying extra money at the because it was not my bank he told me in other words that's no big deal because you had savings in the store....went right next door to forever 21 and was in and out with the same card that never showed declined. The so called manager Tristan who had no solutions but a lot of attitude only worried about himself not the hour plus I was at the register

They had a sale on boots, we took our daughter and found her a pair she liked. The service was good. The floor in the boot area was dirty, that would be my only complaint

I had a truly wonderful experience visiting here, the employees were very nice and helpful but not too pushy. They did not try to pressure me into buying anything and helped me find what I needed. They helped me find what I needed and actually went to look for the items I needed and got me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely shop here again and tell me friends about the great experience I had here.
