Kendra was super helpful and took her time to walk me through the COVID-19 testing process. She explained they are partnered with American Airlines and would be able to perform my test and have the results in enough time for me to enjoy my trip to Hawaii. She was super friendly and answered every question without making me feel as if I were a burden like all of the other clinics.....so thank you Kendra!!!

Did web check-in. Got called to come in. Came in at 9am. It's 1:30pm and I'm sitting inside the smaller waiting room now at the doctor's office. I see other comments where you are addressing the wait times. But are you? I get you are busy. This covid era is taking a toll on healthcare providers. But couldn't you have called me to come when wait times would have been a hour or less? I sat in a waiting room with several covid-symptom-showing patients for hours. Im 20 mins away from making this a 5 hour wait.

Attempted to make an appointment and was denied. I explained to the receptionist that I could not wear a mask due to a medical disability. Another woman got on the phone and was rude and decided to simply hang up on me as I tried explaining that the mandate clearly states anyone with a medical condition or disability isn't required to wear a mask and accommodations should be made for those who cannot. I told the woman I was in severe pain because I injured and possibly broke my knee. Instead of trying to work with me she hung up. I suppose intelligent conversation isn't something they offer at this clinic. I was asked for papers and even asked what my disability is, all of which is illegal under ADA.

All I needed is my FMLA paperwork completed and it has been the biggest head ache ever. I have been told I have to come in the office to get the paper work completed while having COVID just exposing more and more people everytime I go out. I get a phone call from the clinic asking questions about my paper work after being told it can't be completed without me being there. While on hold a completely different lady answers the phone saying I can come in when I never asked to come in. Very unorganized and I will never go back. I suggest no one else either.

I feel like the service is pretty slow!! I had to wait for 1 hrs for a basic drug test. Need to improve service request little fast as normal. Wait time is so long here!!!!
