I had very easy buying experience with these guys. I flew out from Mississippi to Grapevine. They picked me up from the airport and had everything waiting ready for me. The whole process took all of 20 minutes. Luke was my salesman and he was top notch! He went way out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the truck and buying experience! I would definitely recommend Classic Chevrolet!

Our salesmen Tim was great. We appreciate his responsiveness this last week when we had issues. However I can't in good faith leave 5 stars for this dealership. We had a major breach in privacy and it caused a lot of extra stress on our vacation. Beware your vehicle here has a GPS device on it that was added it this dealership, they try to sell it to you but we declined. They said they would remove it. We paid in full for our vehicle and the full GPS tracker was left in it with only 2 wires cut. The unit was still working and caused our vehicle to be disabled on our road trip in Colorado. The dealership agreed to reimburse us but it is very dishonest to place a tracking device on personal property no longer property of the dealership. Our vehicle was registered over a month ago and still no plates. They use an excuse of Covid-19 but I actually know they were registered and sent a long time ago. We called the dealership and still nothing. I am so fed up i filed a complaint with the state today.

We had the BEST car buying experience with this dealership! I have been searching for a very specific type of minivan for a while and found an even nicer one on Cars.com app on NYE at Classic Grapevine. I sent a request through the app asking if it was still available and I had an email in less than 5 min from Luke Graves letting me know it was and if I wanted to set up an appt to come drive it. Luke has OUTSTANDING communication and that means a lot, especially when driving from far away. The van didn’t have any pics online when I found it because it was a fresh trade, but Luke was awesome to send some over the morning of before we made the drive there. We made the 2 hour drive after New Years and it was everything we wanted and more! We appreciated getting to take it out by ourselves and play with all the technology. There was never any pressure felt from Luke and we appreciated that. Financing was a breeze with Candace Timmons and she was so incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and kind. When we went back later to pick up our vehicle, it was quick and easy. I will definitely consider buying from them again in a heartbeat and their prices are MUCH more reasonable than my local dealerships here. Way to go!

Make sure to do your due diligence with this dealership. After speaking with a sales rep for several days I found that they had advertised the truck I was interested in with around 35k miles. I had a strange feeling to review the carfax the morning I was going to drive to Dallas from Austin. I found that the truck actually had north of 90k miles. I immediately contacted the dealership and they confirmed the carfax was correct and apologized for the error. I was obviously disappointed and checked the dealership website 4 hours later and saw they STILL had not rectified the error. If these guys are going to fudge numbers on the odometer just to get you to come in, imagine what they might be hiding under the hood of your new car! Beware...
