Been waiting at A Terminal for 45 minutes, no sign of a bus to take me to Remote North!!
I arrived at remote north at 753 am. I got on the bus at 8 am and we didnt leave until 805. I arrived at my terminal at 830, my flight left at 840. I called and asked about their schedule and they told me to arrive 2 hours early for a domestic flight and that any traveler should know that. They told me I lied about taking 25 mins to get to the terminal, it always takes 15 according to them. The manager then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked for where to find the schedules for the buses. Never had this type of customer service at DFW before. I am very dissatisfied and am tempted to change carriers and airports to avoid it.
Remote has very few bus, so be prepared to wait at the terminal.
