I am with the other 1 star....I would give 0 if I could as well! I paid good hard money for swim lessons, lessons where cancelled and then moved to a further location. I am owed a refund since only my 2 sons only went to 1 class! The other 3/4 of the money needs to be refunded. You're telling me I have up to a YEAR to bring them back... Not going to happen! How I was rudely talked to by Roger. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Their young un-trained management team is.

If I could give zero stars I would. Emler is refusing to refund our prepaid semester even though their website states they will issue refunds. They have stolen money from us and have continued to keep it stating they have a no refund policy which is opposite of the information provided under their FAQ section on the site. I’ve asked multiple times to be called so we can discuss the matter but I’m only ever given the company line which leads to a call center to employees who can not do anything. Emails have proven to be ineffective as I’m now being passed around to different site directors only to be told once again they will not refund the money we gave them in January! This theft will not be ignored. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They haven’t even given the donation money customers gave to their employees to help when they wouldn’t pay them during the shutdown. If they refuse to refund families then they should have been able to pay their employees. I bet CEO Greg Laird still got paid though. Give me my money back!!

No refunds for us either! We also moved out of state during Corona and there is no Emler around and the new summer session is useless for us. I have also been passed around, and ignored for months. Very disappointed in the way this company is managed. We’ve been going there since my child was 2 months old and we could have gone somewhere else. Not the only toddler swim school in the area. Each time I heard a possibility of relocation, I asked if we can get a refund if I sign up for the next session and was told that refunds are issued. Now I’m told that refunds are only issued for military relocation. I also think that the manager is just lying about checking into the refund process. My next stop is reporting them to the BBB.

Like the others, I would give this business 0 stars if I could. Not only are they refusing refunds for a time when the state and their business was closed (to include furloughed staff), they don't care if your child has a compromised immune system and CAN'T come in for their make up sessions. They charged an automatic payment when their business was closed. They are literally stealing from parents who can't or choose not to come back for sessions. Neither should be penalized and refused their money. If parents choose to take them up on their credits, so be it. I'm not one of those parents, and I work HARD for my money for anyone, especially a business to steal from me.
