They’ve had my car since 10am. I had to call for a a follow up at 4:15. I was told that it’ll be ready at 6:30 it’s 6:15 my car is still lifted with no tires on it. For my first visit I’m extremely disappointed. The person at the front when I came to get my truck was very rude and standoffish like I was bothering him to get information on my truck. When I asked why no one contacted me that it was taking a lot longer than expected kept saying I don’t know I’m not the person that contacted you. Not good customer service at all.

On my recent visit to Firestone, I found the staff was helpful, friendly, and my service was completed quicker than anticipated. Overall, my routine service was a great experience.

Not fun - I had a flat tire on Sunday afternoon on William D Tate. Kenya and the mechanics helped me get back on the road very quickly! I can not say enough about how great they were. I will keep Firestone on the top of my list for future car repairs. Thanks Firestone!!!

Dawson was amazing. We had a trailer tire blow out. He didn't have one our size. It was a little after 6pm. We had to go to another shop to buy a tire and he waitied for us even after close time. Was rushing tying to get back here on time. Got here at 7 03 and still waited for us. Appreciate the help.

I am amazed with the service Firestone provided to me inparticular Jeremy he provided phenomenal service to he is an exceptional employee I will be bringing in all my vehicles here just because of his work ethic and service to the customer. Thank you Jeremy .
