I’m not sure you should do business with this dealership the whole journey on buying from grapevinedodge is a nightmare. I’m out of state the first call I made to the dealership the representative told me the car they have listed online was a loaner and wasn’t even on the lot stated they would get back with me on when they would receive the vehicle back how many miles and new price, never made a call back. I had to call back to have another representative tell me the car was never a loaner and it’s on the lot. I don’t work normal hours and let their representatives know what the best time to reach me. Their sales department which knows my hours refuse to work within those hours even though they’re open. I’ll admit I don’t have perfect credit and wish to finance although at least strive to work for your customers. At this point I feel like I’m working harder for the GM & Owner then their current employees. At this point I’ll just go to a local dodge dealership where I’m treated as a customer and have them do a trade or buy a different car.

The whole deal and experience with Leo which was done on line and over the phone was excellent. Picking up the car was fast and quick! About 30 mins. total just enough to sign the paperwork. The only issue I had was that the barely used car did not have the car mats and owners manual, strange since it was a 2020, with only 200 miles on it. Overall a quick and courteous experience. Leo was great and made the deal go so smooth and quick! THANKS GUYS !

I could not have asked for a better experience trading my vehicle in and getting a new one. Moe was great and was understanding with the amount I wanted to go for. He was not pushy like some car sales people and took care of me right on the spot. We also has Aaron help us with the financial side and he was so great. If you want a great Jeep experience come here and you won't regret it.
